Position: IT Supervisor
Location: Laxmi Group Corporate Office, Naxal
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience: Relevant experience in IT support, network administration, system management, or a similar role will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily IT operations and provide technical support
- Monitor and maintain network, hardware, and software systems
- Troubleshoot IT issues and ensure timely resolution
- Support system security, data backup, and disaster recovery processes
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Assist in implementing new technologies and IT projects
