Posiiton: Surveyor Manager

Location: 25km from Lamabagar, Dolakha
We are hiring an experienced Surveyor Manager for Dolakha- Lapche Khola Site.
Requirements:
- BE in Civil Engineering/Geometric Survey
- Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant field
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, supervise, and execute all topographic and geometric survey works at the Lapche Khola project site
- Lead and coordinate the survey team, allocating tasks and ensuring quality control of survey data
- Conduct setting-out surveys for civil structures (intake, desilting basin, powerhouse, penstock alignment, etc.)
- Verify and validate survey data using total station, GPS, and other surveying instruments
- Prepare and maintain survey records, drawings, and progress reports for site management
- Coordinate with design, construction, and quality teams to ensure survey accuracy aligns with project specifications
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies between design drawings and site conditions
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, safety standards, and quality protocols during survey operations
- Train and mentor junior surveyors and technical staff on site
- Liaise with consultants/client representatives on survey-related matters as required
