Position: Sous Chef
Education: Bachelor’s in Hotel Management
Experience: 7-9+ years in a similar role in a 4-5 star hotel
Key Knowledge and Abilities
- Assisted the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Specialized in Continental Cuisine
- Support menu planning and new dish development.
- Handle kitchen operations in the Chef’s absence.
- Managed food preparation, inventory, and kitchen supplies.
- Maintained food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Monitored portion control and minimized food waste.
