Position: Commi – II Chinese
Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s in Hotel Management
Experience: 2-3+ years in a similar role in a 4-5-star hotel
Key Knowledge and Abilities
- Assist in preparing Chinese dishes under the Chef’s supervision.
- Perform basic food preparation, cutting, and cooking tasks.
- Maintain proper food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
- Follow recipes, portion sizes, and kitchen standards.
- Keep the Chinese kitchen section clean and organized.
- Handle ingredients and equipment safely.
- Support senior chefs during daily kitchen operations.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain proper storage.
