We are looking for an energetic and feminist-minded Program Officer to join our team.
Position: Program Officer
Vacancies: 1
Location: Kathmandu (with regular field visits)
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences or Law with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program planning, implementation, and proposal writing.
- Night-time monitoring and direct grassroots engagement with workers.
- Advocacy, research, and legal rights protection.
- Leading digital campaigns and social media outreach.
