JOB OPPORTUNITY
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell WorldLink internet and value-added services to residential, SME, and corporate customers.
- Identify and approach potential customers through door-to-door visits, business meets, and local engagements.
- Present products, pricing, and packages, and close sales deals in line with company policies.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and roadshows to enhance brand visibility.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, community leaders, and customers.
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers to confirm satisfaction and resolve service-related queries.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales in CRM tools.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback for strategic input.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Heigher Secondary (10+2)
- Experience: Experience in Internet Service Provider or telecom industry is an advantage).
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work in the field and travel as required.
- Target-driven mindset and result-oriented approach.
- Own motorcycle with a valid license is preferred
