JOB OPPORTUNITY

Position: Chief of Human Resources
Location: Tilganga, Kathmandu

The Chief of Human Resources will be responsible and executing HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives. The role requires strong leaderships, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of HR best practices

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals
  • Lead recruitment, talent management, and succession planning
  • Oversee performance management and employee engagement programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements
  • Drive organizational development and culture-building initiatives
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and HR operations

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fled
  • Minimum 10-15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of Nepal labor laws and HR Practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in aviation or service industry preferred
