YKP LEAD Nepal, a youth-led organization working for Young People Living with HIV (YPLHIV) and Young Key Populations (YKPs). It is a youth-led organization dedicated to advancing the rights and well-being of Young People Living with HIV (YPLHIV) and Young Key Populations (YKPs) in Nepal. We drive change through advocacy, capacity building, and community-led initiatives.
Call for Experts
We are expanding our Consultant Roster and invite energetic, skilled professionals to support our youth-focused program.Apply for one or multiple roles matching your expertise.We invite expressions of interest from experienced professionals with proven expertise. Selected consultants will deliver specialized short-term assignments in the following programs :
- Know Your Rights” & Legal Literacy Training
-Designing and delivering legal literacy training for Young People Living with HIV (YPLHIV) and Key -Populations (YKPs), including rights awareness and access to justice mechanisms. - Capacity Building of Health Workers
-Development/adaptation of training modules on gender/youth-sensitive quality service delivery (using national, regional & international resources) and facilitation of national-level trainings for health workers. - Needs Assessment of Young People Transitioning from the CABA Program
-Designing and conducting assessments to identify challenges, service gaps, and recommendations for youth transitioning from Children Affected by AIDS (CABA) programs. - Developing life Skills & Self-Care Training
-Developing and facilitating training for YKPs and YPLHIVs focusing on mental health, stress management, and self-care strategies. - National Workshop for 5-Year Strategic Plan Development
-Designing, facilitating, and documenting a participatory national workshop to shape YKP LEAD Nepal’s long-term strategy. - Advocacy on Abroad Employment & Study for YPLHIV (Virtual)
Delivering accurate, country-specific information on migration opportunities, restrictions for YPLHIV, access to ART and healthcare, migration costs, and related services for youth in foreign countries.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in one or more of the above thematic areas.
- Demonstrated expertise working with youth, PLHIV, KPs, and community-led approaches.
- Proven ability to design and deliver high-quality training, research, advocacy, or policy support.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and documentation skills.
- Strong commitment to health rights, gender equality, inclusion, and stigma reduction.
