YKP LEAD Nepal, a youth-led organization working  for Young People Living with HIV (YPLHIV) and Young Key Populations (YKPs). It is a youth-led organization dedicated to advancing the rights and well-being of Young People Living with HIV (YPLHIV) and Young Key Populations (YKPs) in Nepal. We drive change through advocacy, capacity building, and community-led initiatives.

Call for Experts

We are expanding our Consultant Roster and invite energetic, skilled professionals to support our youth-focused program.Apply for one or multiple roles matching your expertise.We invite expressions of interest from experienced professionals with proven expertise. Selected consultants will deliver specialized short-term assignments.

Scope of Services

1. “Know Your Rights” and legal literacy district-level training
   Design, Facilitate and document legal literacy training.
2. Advocacy on abroad employment and study
   Document ,Facilitate workshop on overseas employment options, processes, and rights for YPLHIVs.
3. Training on organizational development & advocacy skills for YKPs
   Develop, document  and conduct capacity-building training for YKP LEAD Nepal  and community stakeholders .
4. Website development and renewal
   Design, update, and modernize the YKP LEAD Nepal website with improved functionality.
5. National consultation of YKP LEAD Nepal.
   Facilitate and document a national consultation workshop, ensuring broad participation.
6. Human Rights Day observation
   Plan and execute activities leading up to Human Rights Day .

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in one or more of the above thematic areas.
• Demonstrated expertise working with youth, PLHIV, KPs, and community-led approaches.
• Proven ability to design and deliver high-quality training, research, advocacy, or policy support.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and documentation skills.
• Strong commitment to health rights, gender equality, inclusion, and stigma reduction.

Required Documents:

1. Letter of Interest specifying the program area(s) of expertise.
2. Updated CV with relevant experience.
3. At least one sample of relevant previous work (e.g., training material, report, policy brief).
4. Firm registration and renewal and PAN/VAT registration with  tax clearance (if applicable)

Note: Qualified and shortlisted applicants will be included in YKP LEAD Nepal’s consultant roster and contacted as per project needs for long-term and short-term assignments, consultancies, and trainings.
