JOB OPPORTUNITY
CRICKET ASSOCIATION OF NEPAL (CAN) is the official governing body of cricket in Nepal with the head office in Mulpani, Kathmandu, Nepal and it is Nepal’s representative at the International Cricket Council. It is also a member of the Asian Cricket Council (ACC).
CAN is looking for qualified candidates for the following role of:
TEAM MANAGER FOR NEPAL MEN’S NATIONAL TEAM
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Act as the primary liaison between CAN and the team
2. Ensure compliance with CAN policies, code of conduct, and regulations and maintain player discipline, welfare, and team
environment
3. Coordinate all logistics (travel, accommodation, equipment, accreditation) and oversee match-day operations and overall
tour management
4. Support coaching staff in operational and administrative matters and manage team communication and documentation
5. Submit pre-tour readiness and daily reports (as required)
6. Provide regular updates to CAN during tours/tournaments and Prepare and submit a comprehensive post-tour report with recommendations
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
1. Demonstrate sound knowledge of modern cricket formats (ODI, T20I, First-Class).
2. Not hold any active coaching position in teams under selection jurisdiction.
3. Have no conflict of interest and no disciplinary sanctions in the past 5 years.
4. Be willing to travel domestically as required.
