Position: Business Development Executive

Location: Lalitpur, Birtamod/Dharan/Biratnagar, Bhairahawa, Tulsipur/Dang, Chitwan, Surkhet, Ghorahi, Butwal
Qualification: Bachelors in Business Studies/Administration
Experience: 2-3 years in a Sales & Marketing Field

Job Responsibilities:

Business Growth:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, healthcare centers, and corporate.
  • Generate and qualify leads through research, cold calls, networking, and referrals.
  • Promote the full range of pathology services offered by the lab.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase the lab’s services.
  • Develop proposals and negotiate contracts for large-scale corporate clients or institutions.

Market Research & Strategy:

  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to tailor services to meet client demands.

Sales Reporting & Targets:

  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system.

Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, customer service, etc.) to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to clients.
  • Participate in conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the lab’s services.

Customer Service:

  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
