Position: Founder’s Associate and Chief of Staff

Position Overview
Springbase.ai is looking for a highly driven and execution-focused Founder’s Associate and Chief of Staff to work directly with the founders across strategy, operations, growth, execution, and cross-functional coordination. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving startup environments and enjoys solving complex business and operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with founders on strategic projects and execution
- Coordinate cross-functional priorities, meetings, and follow-through
- Support operations, hiring, go-to-market initiatives, research, and partnerships
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and business documents
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor research
- Use AI tools and systems to improve workflows and productivity
Requirements:
- 2–6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, founder’s office, consulting, startups, or similar roles
- Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills
- High ownership mindset with ability to work independently
- Comfortable using productivity, documentation, and AI tools
- Ability to operate across both strategy and execution
