Position: Content and Social Lead
Location: Kathmandu, Nepal
Springbase.ai is looking for a creative and strategic Content and Social Lead to shape how our AI platform is communicated to a global audience. We’re looking for someone who can combine storytelling, social media strategy, campaign execution, and creative thinking to build impactful brand communication across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead content and social media strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Meta, and other platforms
- Create engaging long‑form and short‑form content
- Develop campaigns, creatives, and brand messaging
- Support SEO, paid campaigns, and conversion‑focused communication
- Use AI tools to scale content, creatives, and workflows
- Collaborate closely with founders, growth, and product teams
Requirements:
- 3–7+ years of experience in content, branding, social media, or campaign execution
- Excellent written English and storytelling skills
- Strong understanding of digital platforms and content formats
- Experience with creative or design tools and AI‑assisted workflows preferred
