Job Title: Senior Manager/Manager – IT Infra
Job Location: Tripureshwor, Teku Road, Kathmandu
Key Result Areas:
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational goals and business requirements.
- Plan, manage, and monitor departmental budgets to ensure cost-effective utilization of IT resources.
- Ensure IT security, data protection, and compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
- Oversee daily IT operations and provide timely support for software, systems, and technical issues.
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, servers, devices, and IT equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure quality support and effective contract management.
- Provide user support, technical guidance, and training to improve system usage and staff competency.
- Ensure network and server security through monitoring, troubleshooting, and preventive measures.
- Monitor IT performance, analyze system effectiveness, and provide reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Identify and recommend new technologies and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with 7–8 years of overall experience and at least 3 years of proven managerial experience, preferably within the automobile industry.
