Position Overview
The Sales Officer will be responsible for managing sales and collections, expanding the dealer/distributor network, and implementing local-level branding and marketing initiatives within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure timely collection of payments
- Expand dealer and distribution network across Dhanusha, Mahottari & Sindhuli
- Conduct regular market visits and ensure effective market coverage
- Implement local-level marketing and branding activities
- Manage and recover outstanding dues from the market
- Carry out other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, cement, or building materials industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of the local market and dealer network
- Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
