Position: Modern Trade-Sr./Executive
Location: Kathmandu
Qualifications | Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing , or a closely related field
- This qualification is strictly non-negotiable
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive, hands-on sales experience within a well-known FMCG company
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive secondary sales targets across an assigned territory of convenience stores, supermarkets and modern retail chains
- Serve as the primary point of contact with outlet managers and store supervisor within the territory
- Execute and maintain in-store merchandising standards, shelf placement, planogram compliance, cooler management, and brand visibility
- Plan and implement point—of-sale (POS) displays and promotional activations independently, coordinating directly with distributors, and ensure consistent product availability at all assigned outlets
