Role Overview: We are seeking a highly creative, proactive, and data-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to take full ownership of our social media presence. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented professional with strong expertise in social selling, capable of strategically generating leads and converting prospects into paying clients through structured sales communication and follow-ups.
At Orka Socials, you work with mentors, not bosses.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Creating engaging and visually appealing posts using tools like Canva.
- Crafting compelling and persuasive copy for our social media posts and marketing materials.
- Producing short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube to engage our audience.
- Generating leads and potential clients through various online channels.
- Managing and nurturing our online community, ensuring positive interactions and customer engagement.
- Strategically generate leads, nurture potential clients, and convert them through structured sales communication.
- Work with sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics, consistently meeting or exceeding goals.
- Schedule Email Campaigns
Your qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales through social media platforms
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
- Clear understanding of lead qualification and conversion processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with sales targets and performance metrics
- A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic.
- Passionate about digital marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, work independently, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Values feedback and collaborates effectively with the team to achieve desired outcomes.
