We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Store Officer with hands-on experience in inventory control, documentation, and proper coordination with the teams on daily basis.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Commerce, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in factory store operations.
Basic understanding of accounts, inventory valuation, and documentation.

Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and record raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
Maintain accurate stock records (GRN posting, invoice matching, and stock reconciliation)
Manager proper record of Spares and issuing system
Ensure proper storage, FIFO/FEFO compliance, and stock safety.
Coordinate material issuance to production as per approved requisitions.
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and report variances.
Daily reporting of stocks as per company policy
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and statutory requirements
