Position: Business Development Officer – BBA
Location: Lalitpur
We’re looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Officer – BBA to join our team at KFA Business School.

Job Responsibilities:
- Drive student admissions and achieve BBA enrollment targets.
- Counsel prospective students and parents throughout the admission journey.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, education partners, and stakeholders.
- Supervise CRM activities and ensure accurate lead management.
- Coordinate admission documentation and ensure compliance with university requirements.
- Represent KFA at educational fairs, seminars, and outreach events.
- Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement in the admission process.
Key Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in business development, admissions, sales, or student recruitment.
- Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines is preferred.
- Target-oriented with excellent relationship management and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to travel for educational events and promotional activities when required.
