Position: HR Coordinator
Education: Bachelor’s in Hotel Management
Experience: 1–2+ years in a similar role in a 4–5-star hotel
Key Knowledge and Abilities
- Coordinate recruitment and interview schedules.
- Support employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR files.
- Track attendance, leave, and employee information.
- Coordinate training and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
- Coordinate recruitment and interview schedules.
