Posiiton: Finance & Accounts Officer
Unit: Jagdamba Construction Solutions Pvt. Ltd
Location: Naxal
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting, invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS, budgets, and variance reports.
- Monitor receivables and coordinate with the Recovery Officer on collections.
- Handle tax compliance, audits, and financial documentation.
- Coordinate with branches, banks, auditors, OEMs, and internal teams.
- Support management in financial planning, cost control, and customer financing.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
Position: Regional Officer – 2W Sales (Premium Segment)
Unit: Jagdamba Motors Pvt. Ltd
Location: Western Area (HQ: Butwal)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute dealer/channel-wise sales plans to achieve assigned targets.
- Monitor model-wise, dealer-wise retail and billing performance.
- Manage enquiries and review showroom performance regularly.
- Coordinate ATL/BTL marketing activities and trade promotions.
- Monitor collections and minimize dealer outstanding dues.
- Develop new dealers and ensure dealership standards and staff training.
- Track competitor activities and prepare regular market reports.
- Conduct dealer visits and monitor plan vs. achievement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales/dealership operations, preferably in automobiles.
Posiiton: BTL Account Officer
Unit: Jagdamba Motors Pvt. Ltd
Location: Naxal, Kathmandu
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage sales budgets with Sales and Accounts teams.
- Conduct budget planning, forecasting, and expense projections.
- Monitor budget vs. actual expenses and analyze variances.
- Track and control sales-related expenditures.
- Verify and process dealer claims and supporting documents.
- Coordinate budgets for exchange events and promotional activities.
- Support PO creation with proper budget verification.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales budgeting, MIS, or financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and advanced Excel skills.
