Job Description
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, lead generation, and industry research.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company’s customer base and market share.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings to understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring profitable outcomes for the company.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to optimize lead generation and improve customer experience.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline in the CRM and provide accurate forecasting and reporting to management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Proficient in MS Excel with expertise in pipeline management, lead generation, negotiation, closing, and customer retention.
- Result-oriented, proactive, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Must possess a motorbike with a valid license and be willing to travel.
