Area Sales Manager

Position: Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Division: Genesis and Galaxy Division
Headquarters: Kathmandu (1), Butwal + Nepalgunj (1), Pokhara+ Narayangarh (1)

Job Purpose:

To achieve and exceed sales target and payment collection as per company’s SOP.

Roles of Area Sales Manager (ASM):

1. Ensure smooth implementation of company policies.
2. Ability to develop subordinates’ skills & knowledge for their higher performance.
3. Be role model for success.
4. To complete all administrative work within the time frame.

Required Competencies:

1. Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in science or equivalent from reputed University
2. Preference will be given to MBA.
3. Minimum 4 years of experience in same field as Medical Sales Officer.
4. Self-driven and highly motivated.
5. Strong sense of integrity.

Language Skills:

1. Excellent oral and written communication skill.
