Job Summary:
Rolpa Cement Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting mechanical maintenance, equipment inspection, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth operation of plant machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintenance and operation of mechanical equipment and machinery.
- Monitor plant equipment performance and report technical issues.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with the production team for smooth plant operation.
- Ensure proper maintenance records and reports are maintained.
- Support installation and commissioning of mechanical equipment.
- Follow workplace safety standards and company policies.
- Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Internship experience in manufacturing or cement industry will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical equipment and maintenance.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
