JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a creative, and skilled book designer to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing book interiors and covers in alignment with our overall publishing vision.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design book interiors, including layout, typography, and formatting
- Create attractive and market-appropriate book covers
- Prepare print-ready and digital files according to publishing standards
- Collaborate with editors, authors, and production staff
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 with good English language.
- Prior experience in the publishing field preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent English and Nepali typing skills, including mathematical equations
- Strong understanding of typography and layout principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
