JOB OPPORTUNITY
Hulas Infra Ltd is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional to lead our Engineering & Technical function, specializing in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and steel structures. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving innovation, design excellence, and project efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: –
- Lead engineering design and technical operations for PEB and structural steel projects.
- Oversee design accuracy, compliance with international standards, and optimization.
- Drive use of engineering software such as STAAD Pro and Tekla Structures.
- Provide strategic direction and technical leadership to engineering teams.
- Collaborate with project, production, and business teams for seamless execution
- Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Head of all technical design across PEB, transmission towers, solar, hydro steel, bridges, poles, crash barriers; design standards and code compliance (IS, AISC, ASCE).
- R&D and new product development.
- Technical due diligence on bids.
- Vendor technical evaluation; design review and approval authority.
- CAD/BIM technology adoption.
Qualifications & Experience
- B.Tech / BE in Civil or Structural Engineering (M.Tech preferred).
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in PEB / steel structure design.
- Strong expertise in STAAD Pro, Tekla Structures, and AutoCAD.
- Proven leadership experience in managing engineering teams.
