Position: Operations Manager (Head of Administration)
No of Vacancy: 1

Requirements:

  • LLB (Bachelor of Laws) degree (preferred) OR Master’s degree in HR / Management with minimum 5 years of experience in HR
  •  Minimum 10+ years of experience in Administration and Operations
  •  Strong legal knowledge, contract management, compliance, and office administration
  •  Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent command over Nepali Labor Laws and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Lead and oversee the entire Administration and Operations department
  • Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning
  • Handle legal documentation, agreements, MoUs, and compliance matters
  • Develop, implement, and monitor administrative policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with external legal advisors and government authorities when required
  • Control administrative budget and optimize resources

Position: Admin & HR Officer

Requirements:

  •  MBA in Human Resources (HR) or equivalent degree
  •  Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR and Admin field
  •  Strong knowledge of Nepali Labor Law, recruitment, payroll, performance appraisal, and employee relations
  •  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  •  Proficient in MS Office and HR related software
  •  Age: 30 – 45 years (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full cycle of recruitment, selection, and onboarding
  •  Handle payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and employee records
  •  Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  •  Coordinate day-to-day administrative operations
  •  Maintain harmonious employee relations and handle grievances
