Posiiton: Regional Sales Manager
Location: Western Region (HQ: Butwal)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive regional sales performance and achieve assigned targets.
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies.
  • Manage and mentor dealership sales teams.
  • Expand dealer network and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure effective sales planning, forecasting, and reporting.

Posiiton: National Sales Manager
Location: Naxal

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead nationwide sales operations for the 4W Passenger Segment.
  • Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage regional sales teams and dealer network performance.
  • Monitor sales KPIs, budgets, and profitability.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market expansion initiatives.
  • Coordinate with marketing, after-sales, finance, and supply chain teams for seamless operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in automobile sales, dealership management, or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and achieve ambitious business targets.
  • Willingness to travel extensively as required.
