Posiiton: Billing Officer – 4W Passenger Segment

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue accurate vehicle, parts, and service invoices.
- Verify pricing, discounts, taxes, and supporting documents before billing.
- Record and maintain billing transactions in the ERP/accounting system.
- Coordinate with the Finance team for payment follow-up, reconciliation, and collections.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing and sales reports.
- Maintain proper billing records for audit and statutory compliance.
- Support internal and external audit requirements by ensuring document accuracy.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Service, and Parts teams for timely billing and stock updates.
- Handle insurance booking, documentation, and regular follow-up with insurance companies.
- Identify opportunities to improve billing accuracy and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in billing, finance, or accounts (automobile industry preferred).
- Good knowledge of ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and billing procedures.
- Understanding of VAT/tax regulations and financial documentation.
