Position: ERP Manager
Location: Corporate Office, Kathmandu

Jagdamba Steels Limited, one of Nepal’s leading steel manufacturing companies, is looking for a highly experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented professional for the position of ERP Manager.
This role is ideal for professionals who have strong expertise in ERP systems, cross-functional coordination, business process integration, and enterprise application management within manufacturing or industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ERP administration, maintenance, enhancement, and system optimization
- Manage user roles, access controls, master data, dashboards, and reporting systems
- Coordinate ERP implementation, upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and change management
- Collaborate with departments to improve business processes and operational efficiency
- Ensure system documentation, SOPs, training manuals, and data security practices
- Coordinate with ERP vendors, software partners, and support service providers
- Supervise ERP support teams across factory units and ensure timely issue resolution
- Conduct user trainings and support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in ERP management or enterprise application support
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role as ERP Head/Lead
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, database management, reporting tools, and process integration
- Manufacturing or industrial sector experience will be highly preferred
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
