Posiiton: Assistant – Recovery
About the job
We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented individual to join our team as Assistant – Recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers for overdue payments and recovery of outstanding loans
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding repayment schedules
- Maintain proper records and update recovery reports
- Support the team in managing delinquent accounts
- Assist in field visits when required for recovery follow-ups
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree completed
- 1–2 years of experience in loan recovery or a similar role (preferably in BFIs or financial institutions)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Good reporting and documentation skills
