Position: Marketing & Content Associate
Location – Kathmandu, Nepal
MV Dugar Group is looking for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Marketing & Content Associate to support our growing digital presence across multiple brands and industries, including automotive and mobility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, editing videos, designing creatives, following trends, and turning ideas into engaging digital campaigns.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Create social media content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Edit short-form videos, reels, promotional content, and brand videos
- Design graphics, posts, banners, presentations, and digital creatives
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
- Help manage and schedule social media content
- Support content shoots, product shoots, and campaign production
- Stay updated on digital trends, viral formats, and platform changes
- Coordinate with internal teams to create marketing material across different brands
- Assist in basic website/content updates when required
- Help maintain brand consistency across all communication channels
Requirements
- Basic to intermediate experience in content creation, digital marketing, graphic design, or video editing
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software
- Understanding of social media platforms and content trends
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Photography/videography skills are a plus
- UX/UI understanding is a bonus but not mandatory
