We invite applications from qualified, enthusiastic, and career-oriented individuals for the position of MIS cum customer relationship officer at our Kathmandu office. We are seeking a professional who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining strong customer relationships while efficiently handling MIS reporting responsibilities.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates who aspire to build a long-term career in a professional and growth-oriented environment. Preference will be given to candidates who has prior experience in the automobile division and are available for immediate joining.

Posiiton: MIS Officer

Duty Stations: Kathmandu

Key Responsibilities:

•  Preparation and maintenance of daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Customer coordination, follow-up, and relationship management.
•  Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Coordination with internal departments for operational support.
•  Handling customer queries and ensuring timely response and resolution.

Desired Candidate Profile:

•  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Sound knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
•  Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
•  Prior experience in MIS reporting and customer relationship handling will be an added advantage.
