Position: Marketing Officer
Company: Shanker Group (Cements Division)
Location: Corporate Office, Gairidhara, Kathmandu
Position Overview:
The Marketing Officer will support brand development and marketing activities for the Cements Division, including promotional campaigns, marketing collateral, market research, and coordination with sales teams, dealers, and other stakeholders to strengthen brand visibility and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing brand strategies and marketing plans for cement products.
- Coordinate BTL marketing activities, promotional campaigns, shop branding, and marketing collateral development.
- Coordinate with sales teams, dealers, distributors, and contractors to strengthen brand visibility.
- Conduct market visits and gather information on competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Support the organization of dealer meets, trade fairs, contractor engagement programs, and industry events.
- Track marketing budgets, vendor invoices, purchase orders, and bills, ensuring timely documentation and coordination with relevant departments.
- Coordinate marketing materials, media updates, website activities, and CSR initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in marketing, brand management, or trade marketing.
- Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Willingness to conduct market visits and coordinate with dealers, distributors, and sales teams.
