We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, competitive, dedicated, creative and highly versatile Content Creator Executive to develop engaging, high-quality content across multiple platforms including in social media. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital media trends, excellent writing and editing skills, and the ability to produce content that resonates with diverse audiences.

Content Creator Executive – 1 position – Kathmandu Head Office

Job Description:

Research, plan, produce, generate, edit, and publish engaging original content for blogs, social media (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.), and email campaigns, websites, newsletters, and other marketing/promotional channels.
Develop visual and multimedia content including graphics, videos, infographics, and presentations as required.
To develop content strategies that align with short-term and long-term Company goals.
Collaborate with public relation, design, and product teams to align content with brand messaging and objectives.
Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Monitor content performance and audience engagement metrics to optimize future content strategy.
Research and incorporate SEO best practices (keywords, meta descriptions) to improve organic traffic.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing/promotional innovations, and emerging content formats.
Multichannel Content Management: Manage, update, and maintain consistency across various social media and website channels ensuring timely delivery aligning with Content Calendars
Analytics & Reporting: Analyze web traffic and user engagement metrics (e.g., bounce rates, conversion rates) to assess content success and adjust strategies.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all content adheres to company branding guidelines in terms of tone, style, and quality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Media Studies, or related field.
Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
Basic graphic design and video editing skills (using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) preferred.
Creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.

Work Experience:

Minimum of 1 to 2 Years of work experiences as Content Creator in a reputed organization.
Proficient in operation of Graphics and Multi-media Software including Office Package both in Nepali/English.
Strong organizational, coordination with multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills both in speaking, writing, proof reading and editing skills both in English & Nepali languages and with superb interpersonal abilities.
Honest, flexible, dedicated, highly ethical with pleasing personality.
Preferable having own 2-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with updated Licenses
