Position Overview
Shaurya Cement Industries Limited is hiring an HR & Admin Officer to manage HR operations for contract employees at the plant. The role involves handling attendance, payroll coordination, documentation, and employee support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage attendance and records of contract employees
- Coordinate payroll processing and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain employee documentation and ensure compliance
- Prepare HR reports (attendance, headcount, etc.)
- Handle employee queries and support day-to-day operations
Requirements
Experience: 2–3 years in HR/Admin (experience handling contract employees preferred)
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Management/HR or related field
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of payroll and HR documentation
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Word
