🔹 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
– Overall responsibility for plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, safety, stores, and dispatch.
– Manage complete maida, atta, and suji manufacturing operations from wheat intake to finished goods.
– Drive productivity, yield improvement, and cost optimization initiatives.
– Ensure food safety, statutory compliance, and audit readiness.
– Lead plant manpower, shift planning, performance management, and discipline.
– Coordinate with procurement, sales, and corporate teams for smooth operations.
🔹 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
– 15+ years of experience in Maida/ Flour Milling Industries (Mandatory).
– Strong exposure to roller flour mills, wheat cleaning, milling, blending, and packaging.
– Experience in managing large plant teams and multi-shift operations.
– Proven track record in yield optimization and cost control.
🔹 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
– B. Tech/ B. SC in Food Technology Production Engineering.
