Position: Sr. Quality Control
Location: Nepalgunj
Hulas Khadya Udhyog Limited is looking for a Senior-level Quality Control professional with hands-on experience in chakki atta and maida (flour mill) operations.
Key Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience in flour mill / food manufacturing
- Prior experience in chakki atta & maida processing (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of quality control, food safety, and lab testing
- Familiar with HACCP / ISO standards
- Ability to handle in-process and finished goods quality checks
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor raw material and production quality
- Conduct lab testing (moisture, gluten, ash, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Maintain QC documentation and reports
